Less in. More out.
Every weekday at 6:30 it scans job posts and public posts for companies admitting an operations problem. Here's what that adds up to.
How it works
Every weekday at 6:30 it scans job posts and public posts for companies admitting an operations problem. A cheap filter throws out the noise, and the rest get ranked.
The best few get researched: who owns the problem, what they've said about it in public, and where they talk. Each lead lands in a sheet with the signal, the background and a help-first angle. I write every message myself.
- Scrolling job boards
- Leads that were just listings
- Research by hand, lead by lead
- Openers about me, not them
- Only companies that admit the pain
- Weak leads dropped automatically
- Research done before coffee
- Openers that start with what they said
The map
Nine steps before 7am. The only one that's mine is the last one: the message.
One morning, start to finish
It gets sharper every week
Every lead I act on, and every one I ignore, tells it something.
When I spot a bad pattern, it becomes a rule. Coach posts pretending to be pain? Those are ads now, and they get skipped.
bad leads teach it tooEvery brief either turns into a message or doesn't.
A bad pattern I spot once gets written into the filter.
Fewer leads that look good and aren't.
The Sorter is checked against my real picks.
